By playing TOOY you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Playing
TOOY is free to play. We may change, pause or end any part of the game. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it always will.
Be fair and kind
- No cheats, bots, scripts, exploits or automated play.
- No names that are hateful, sexual, threatening or that impersonate someone.
- No attacks on our servers, scraping of our API or automated account creation.
We may rename, hide or block players who break these rules.
Cash and the shop
The shop sells cosmetic items only. Items have no cash value outside the game and cannot be traded or sold. There is no paid randomness: you always see exactly what you get before you buy. Purchases with real money, when they arrive, follow the store or platform’s refund rules and the law where you live.
Your stuff and ours
The game, its art, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and clips of your play.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from playing it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do.
